Job Overview

As a Senior Manager of Pricing Strategy, you will be responsible for building and owning pricing systems end-to-end, designing growth experiments, creating data-driven roadmaps, leading pilots to automated programs, and driving pricing realization and promotions effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Build and own pricing systems from problem to optimization
Design and run growth experiments to drive win rates and profitability
Create data-driven roadmaps delivering near-term impact
Lead pilots to automated programs embedded in sales and product workflows
Drive pricing realization, discount discipline, and promotions effectiveness

Requirements & Qualifications

10+ years pricing experience
Cross-functional project management
AI-first pricing experience (Python, Zapier, or AI agents with Salesforce CPQ)
Analytical mindset with SQL/Snowflake/HEX data insights
Strong written/verbal communication; MBA preferred
