Job Overview

Design and maintain features on the Blackbaud Infinity platform using the .NET stack.
Contribute to the modernization and cloud migration of platform services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Senior Principal Engineers to enhance system architecture.
Troubleshoot, resolve technical issues, and optimize performance.
Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance platform features with C# and ASP.NET.
Support architectural improvements and cloud infrastructure projects (Azure).
Ensure timely delivery of features and project goals in a collaborative team environment.
Identify and resolve technical challenges, improving system stability and scalability.
Apply best practices in code quality, security, and operability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience with the .NET stack (C#, ASP.NET).
Expertise with Azure cloud services is highly desired.
Strong understanding of software design patterns and object-oriented principles.
Experience with modern development tools (Git, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Flexible to work remote or hybrid as business needs require.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
