Job Overview

As the Senior People Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in advising on people initiatives and collaborating with leaders on various HR aspects. This position requires a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of workforce planning, org design, and performance management.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a key member advising on people initiatives
  • Collaborate with leaders on workforce planning, org design, and performance management
  • Lead GTM-wide talent programs, including calibrations and compensation reviews
  • Address employee relations issues with discretion and coaching
  • Partner with various HR teams to design solutions
  • Oversee AMER benefits and compliance
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 8+ years HRBP experience, including 2+ years leading a small team
  • Deep expertise in AMER benefits and HR compliance
  • Proven experience as a People Business Partner for executives, senior and entry-level managers, and ICs
  • Experience partnering with GTM or customer-facing teams in a high-growth, global organization
  • Experience supporting AMER, EMEA, APAC regions in a remote setup
