Job Overview

This role focuses on managing and optimizing people operations functions, including HR processes, employee engagement, and talent development, in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee and enhance HR programs and initiatives
Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Drive employee engagement and culture-building activities
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Manage performance review and feedback systems
Advise on compensation, benefits, and payroll matters
Facilitate professional development and training opportunities
Resolve employee relations issues and provide guidance
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Collaborate cross-functionally to support company goals

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
5+ years of HR/People Ops experience
Proven success in remote work environments
Strong knowledge of US labor laws and regulations
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with HRIS and HR tools
Ability to manage multiple projects independently
Experience with talent acquisition and onboarding
High level of discretion and professionalism
Passion for fostering positive workplace cultures
