Job Overview

This role focuses on managing and optimizing people operations functions, including HR processes, employee engagement, and talent development, in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and enhance HR programs and initiatives
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Drive employee engagement and culture-building activities
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Manage performance review and feedback systems
  • Advise on compensation, benefits, and payroll matters
  • Facilitate professional development and training opportunities
  • Resolve employee relations issues and provide guidance
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support company goals
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 5+ years of HR/People Ops experience
  • Proven success in remote work environments
  • Strong knowledge of US labor laws and regulations
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with HRIS and HR tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently
  • Experience with talent acquisition and onboarding
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Passion for fostering positive workplace cultures
