Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day sourcing and vendor management processes.
• Establish, track, and drive procurement KPIs and operational roadmap.
• Negotiate cost-effective contracts and secure favorable terms with SaaS vendors.
• Evaluate and enhance sourcing procedures, presenting improvements to senior management.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Security, and business partners to mitigate contract risks.
• Oversee SaaS renewals and develop cost reduction strategies.
• Implement and manage SLAs for timely vendor and contract reviews.
• Develop processes for comprehensive vendor management, including security reviews.
• Build strategic sourcing relationships and partnerships.
• Support business partners in procurement option evaluations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent progressive experience in procurement operations.
• 8-10 years in business operations, finance, or procurement; 4+ years in procurement activities.
• Experience with SaaS procurement and license renewals.
• Knowledge of vendor management, negotiation strategies, and contract risk mitigation.
• Certification in supply chain (CPSM/CIPS) is a differentiator.
• Skills in RPA and automation with internal or 3rd party applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
• Experience with G-suite or MS Office; familiarity with Jira, Asana, or procurement tools preferred.
• Ability to work independently and supervise teams.
