Senior Product Counsel

We are seeking a Senior Product Counsel to be the go-to legal expert for our product teams as they develop next-generation products. This role involves advising various departments throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, while simplifying legal processes and serving as an ambassador for product reviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise Product, Design, Marketing, and Engineering teams during the product development process.
• Streamline and simplify legal topics, acting as an ambassador for product reviews.
• Identify and address legal risks related to products, regulations, privacy, and AI.
• Develop scalable processes for managing legal risks.
• Monitor regulatory developments in AI and SaaS, guiding internal stakeholders accordingly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school; admitted and in good standing.
• 8+ years of relevant legal experience in B2B SaaS or technology, with top law firm experience.
• Strong knowledge of data privacy, intellectual property, and commercial agreements.
• Proven track record of fostering a culture of collaboration and problem-solving.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a quick learner.
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
