Wealthfront is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our Growth team, focusing on creating innovative consumer financial technology products. Reporting to the Director of Design for Growth, you will collaborate with a talented team to drive impactful projects that empower users to manage and grow their wealth. This remote-friendly position offers the opportunity to shape user experiences across Wealthfront’s suite of financial products, leveraging data-driven experimentation and strategic design to solve complex problems and deliver exceptional value.

Job Overview

Lead design initiatives for Wealthfront’s Growth team, focusing on high-impact projects.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other stakeholders.
Transform complex financial concepts into clear, user-friendly experiences.
Utilize qualitative and quantitative research to inform design decisions and drive experimentation.
Contribute to company-level design strategy and innovation in financial products.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute user-centered experiments to optimize product growth and engagement.
Develop elegant solutions to complex financial and behavioral problems.
Model and mentor design best practices within the team and organization.
Present and communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders.
Champion innovation and drive learning through iterative product development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4+ years of product design experience in consumer software.
Strong portfolio showcasing visually engaging, user-focused solutions.
Experience collaborating in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
Expertise in design frameworks, principles, and structured processes.
Deep curiosity and passion for fintech and user motivation.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
Ability to drive alignment and clarity in ambiguous situations.
U.S.-based remote work eligible.
