Join Acronis, a global leader in cyber protection, as a Senior Product Manager for Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM). You will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving innovative solutions that empower Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to secure, monitor, and manage endpoints, networks, and cloud services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compliance-focused, best-in-class RMM products tailored to evolving security and regulatory needs.

Job Overview

This role is ideal for an energetic and growth-oriented product manager with strong technical expertise and a proven track record in cybersecurity, compliance, and IT governance. You will define the product vision, engage with stakeholders, and ensure Acronis RMM delivers exceptional value to MSPs and enterprise customers globally.

Key Responsibilities

Shape and define the vision and strategy for Acronis RMM, including endpoint management, network monitoring, cloud security posture, and compliance management.
Collaborate with MSPs, customers, and internal teams to identify innovation opportunities and drive differentiation.
Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business goals, customer feedback, and industry trends.
Work closely with R&D and UX teams to deliver clear product requirements and oversee high-quality rollouts.
Partner with marketing, sales, support, and design teams to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement.
Track key product metrics and present insights to stakeholders, guiding product iterations.
Advocate for product features and benefits to clients and internal teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of product management experience in security, compliance, or IT governance tools.
Strong understanding of Center for Internet Security (CIS) benchmarks and frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, and Essentials 8.
Hands-on experience with RMM, SIEM, or ITSM platforms and CIS compliance tools.
Proven ability to lead and collaborate in multi-stakeholder, cross-functional environments.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or similar product management tools.
Experience gathering customer requirements and translating them into actionable user stories.
Strong technical background in cybersecurity, endpoint management, or vulnerability management.
Insight into MSP and IT team personas and their unique needs.
Knowledge of international regulatory compliance for MSPs is highly desirable.
