Key Responsibilities

Define and evolve the student product vision aligned with business objectives.
Lead product lifecycle management from ideation to launch for web and app features.
Own and optimize student-facing flows including onboarding, sessions, renewals, and feedback.
Collaborate with CRM, data, acquisition, and retention teams to enhance user engagement.
Utilize data-driven insights to monitor KPIs, analyze user behavior, and promote continuous improvement through A/B testing and feedback loops.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4–6 years of Product Management experience (preferably in edtech, marketplaces, or B2C mobile).
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams from launch to scale.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on product metrics and data-driven decision making.
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics tools such as Mixpanel or GA4.
Excellent communication, organization, and user-focused mindset.
