Senior Product Manager, Tokenization

Job Overview

Support the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration. Identify new product opportunities with market research and client insights. Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, legal, and ops to define specs. Define and track product metrics and KPIs to guide prioritization. Create and maintain user stories, flows, and project plans. Communicate updates, timelines, and progress to stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management or relevant institutional finance/tech roles
• Foundational knowledge in institutional finance and product development
• Insatiable curiosity; quick learner of complex technical and financial concepts
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder relationship skills
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities; comfortable with ambiguity
