Job Overview

Lead CRM product on Microsoft Dynamics to deliver value. Own direction, discovery, and prioritization of customer needs. Work with stakeholders, end users, and technical teams. Responsibilities
  • Lead CRM product on Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Own direction, discovery, and prioritization of customer needs.
  • Work with stakeholders, end users, and technical teams.
  • Create and maintain product roadmap aligned to strategy.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to socialize product strategy.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • CSPO or similar certification.
  • 5-7 years relevant business experience.
  • Leading digital experience teams.
  • Agile product management, stakeholder management, and user research.
  • Experience building in Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft 365 with CoPilot AI.
