Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and production support.
Research, discuss, and resolve issues, bugs, and new features collaboratively.
Deliver hands-on backend development with Python and contribute to frontend tasks using React and TypeScript.
Document code thoroughly and share technical knowledge with the team.
Drive major features and architectural decisions while fostering a strong engineering culture.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Python and backend engineering.
Experience with SaaS platforms and ML/MLOps tooling.
Solid code design practices, including standards, unit testing, and documentation.
Technical leadership and ability to mentor team members.
Remote work discipline and excellent communication skills.
