Key Responsibilities

Research, discuss, and design new features and products for developer tools and ML infrastructure.
Write clean, high-quality Python code with strong adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Contribute to documentation, ensuring clarity and usefulness for users and developers.
Engage actively with the community on GitHub, Discord, and forums to support and gather feedback from users.
Participate in remote team planning, product discussions, and process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong expertise in Python programming and software engineering principles.
Excellent communication skills for effective team and community collaboration.
Remote work self-discipline and ability to deliver tasks autonomously.
Motivation and passion for open-source and developer tools.
Experience with unit testing, documentation, and code reviews.
Open-source contribution experience is a plus.
Background in system programming, databases, or machine learning is beneficial.
