Lanes & Planes is seeking a passionate Senior Recruiter to join their remote team for a 6-month project. The ideal candidate will focus on providing an outstanding candidate experience, excel in high-volume recruiting, and have a knack for identifying and attracting top talent.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end talent acquisition process for various positions in Germany and Europe.
Utilize diverse channels for optimal candidate selection, including Active Sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter Seat.
Collaborate with managers to develop tailored hiring strategies.
Guide candidates through the recruiting process with professionalism and respect.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume recruiting in a startup/scaleup and SaaS environment.
Proficiency in stakeholder management and candidate engagement.
Strong sourcing techniques, particularly through Active Sourcing.
Fluency in German and English.
Understanding of recruitment requirements and processes.
