Job Overview

The Senior Revenue Operations Manager will oversee the end-to-end revenue operations process, partnering closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams. You will play a critical role in optimizing operational efficiency, managing data integrity, and supporting revenue growth initiatives in a dynamic, remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement revenue operations strategies to drive organizational growth
  • Optimize sales processes, tools, and workflows for maximum efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support go-to-market initiatives
  • Analyze and report on key revenue metrics to inform business decisions
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all revenue systems
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in CRM and revenue analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a remote environment
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and operational excellence
  • Experience working with SaaS or digital analytics platforms preferred
