Senior Security Program Manager

This position requires a Senior Security Technical Program Manager to design and evolve portfolio-level SLC governance with metrics and SLAs, build end-to-end SLC workflows aligned to CI-CD, drive cross-functional execution, manage escalations, develop SLC dashboards for stakeholders, identify bottlenecks and implement Jira automations, establish operating rhythms and forums for accountability, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and evolve portfolio-level SLC governance with metrics and SLAs
• Build end-to-end SLC workflows aligned to CI-CD
• Drive cross-functional execution and manage escalations
• Develop and present SLC dashboards for stakeholders
• Identify bottlenecks and implement Jira automations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years PM in security, product security, or engineering
• Experience leading cross-functional reviews uniting Security, Legal, and Compliance
• Strong process design and optimization skills
• Excellent communicator translating security, legal, and compliance needs
• Analytical, data-driven with strong metrics governance experience
