Job Overview

As a Senior SEO Manager, you will supervise a team and provide strategic SEO leadership for multi-location and franchise clients. The role demands expertise in technical SEO, content strategy, link building, and campaign management. You will collaborate across departments to deliver measurable results and ensure client satisfaction, all while working remotely on a U.S. Eastern time schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Support SEO Strategists and oversee client organic search campaigns.
Develop and manage content strategies tailored to franchise and multi-location clients.
Oversee the implementation of linking strategies and identify new link-building opportunities.
Conduct site analysis, provide technical recommendations, and perform SEO audits.
Monitor campaign performance analytics, review rankings and link data, and prepare client reports.
Collaborate with account and project managers to highlight organic search impact.
Ensure timely, on-budget SEO deliverables and resolve potential project impediments.
Assist with onboarding new clients and streamline SEO processes for improved performance.
Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with digital marketing trends.
Attend key client meetings and provide data-driven insights for business reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4+ years of SEO strategy and campaign implementation experience.
Proven leadership in local, franchise, and international SEO.
Strong client relationship and English communication skills.
Expertise in managing multi-location and national SEO programs.
Strategic planning and execution for franchise-specific SEO challenges.
Advanced project management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in technical SEO audits and analytics tools.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, cross-functional team.
Commitment to ongoing learning and staying updated with SEO trends.
Must be able to work U.S. Eastern Standard Time hours.
