Senior Services Software Engineer

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support creative software solutions and automation tools for customers.
• Lead technical initiatives, project planning, and team meetings.
• Interact directly with clients to gather requirements, provide documentation, and support implementation.
• Analyze data and customer feedback to inform tooling improvements.
• Mentor and provide feedback to junior team members, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 9+ years of programming/scripting experience in IT, MSP, or software environments.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Bash scripting, with strong Windows/Mac administration skills.
• Experience with cloud computing services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Workspace.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and Git repositories.
• Proficiency in Python or other object-oriented programming languages.
• Experience leading engineering teams and working in agile software development.
• Bachelor’s degree and fluent English communication skills.
• Familiarity with SDLC and cross-team collaboration.
