Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using modern engineering best practices.
Proactively identify and implement improvements to applications and development processes.
Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle and agile ceremonies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, UI/UX, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
Ensure compliance with web standards, accessibility requirements, and robust code quality.
Support, monitor, and troubleshoot applications in cloud environments, including Kubernetes workloads.
Contribute to IAM framework design and management, and maintain secure access policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

6+ years of experience in C# and .NET application development on the Microsoft stack.
Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and software engineering best practices.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in cloud (AWS/Azure) environments, including monitoring and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in building applications using Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, and HTML.
Experience with SQL Server and/or Cosmos DB, and designing modern cloud data store solutions.
Expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and platforms such as Azure AD, Okta, or Google Workspace.
Experience developing and managing RESTful services and public/internal APIs.
Familiarity with Git and continuous integration systems.
Understanding of DevSecOps culture and agile methodologies.
Availability for critical production support as needed (24x7x365 basis for incidents or key events).
