Job Overview

Fully own the Auth0 TAM account management (business and technical). Advise customers on best practices and post-sales product adoption.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on best practices and product adoption
• Engage with personas in strategic accounts
• Deepen CIAM and security knowledge to guide customer identity journeys
• Review customer architectures and configurations
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams for success

Requirements & Qualifications

• 7+ years IT experience
• Proficiency in SAML 2.0, OAuth, OpenID Connect, etc.
• Experience with hybrid and enterprise apps, consumer deployments, CIAM
• Knowledge of IAM providers and security monitoring
• BA/BS/MS or equivalent, strong business acumen, executive communication, JavaScript
