Job Overview

Lead end-to-end US Sales and Use Tax return filings. Lead global VAT/GST filings; coordinate data with providers. Project lead for automating US SUT return prep and filing.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end US Sales and Use Tax return filings.
• Lead global VAT/GST filings; coordinate data with providers.
• Project lead for automating US SUT return prep and filing.
• Evaluate software/managed services for global indirect tax automation.
• Coordinate NetSuite data flow to ensure a single source of truth.
• Prepare monthly indirect tax journal entries and reconciliations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 4+ years indirect and direct tax experience (public accounting or corporate).
• Hands-on experience preparing and filing US Sales and Use Tax returns.
• Global VAT/GST knowledge in a SaaS environment.
• Proficiency with NetSuite or other ERP and data flows to tax workpapers.
• Experience with indirect tax tools such as Avalara or Vertex.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA or advanced degree preferred.
