Redox is seeking a driven Senior Technical Account Manager to join our remote team, empowering healthcare organizations to seamlessly share and integrate data. As a key interface between our clients and technical teams, you will ensure successful project delivery, client satisfaction, and ongoing support within the fast-evolving healthcare data landscape. This is a full-time, remote opportunity open to candidates across the United States.

Job Overview

Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned healthcare clients.
Facilitate smooth integration and data sharing solutions using Redox's platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and drive project success.
Deliver expert guidance, technical support, and training to clients.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring their technical needs are met.
Lead onboarding and implementation of Redox solutions for new clients.
Troubleshoot and resolve data integration and connectivity issues.
Advocate for client needs within internal product and engineering teams.
Provide proactive communication and updates to clients on progress and issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in technical account management or client-facing technical roles.
Strong understanding of healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, and data integration technologies.
