Responsibilities

• Own and drive the incubation and launch of unicorn-level ventures
• Establish the Venture Operating Model with governance and funding
• Architect high-impact strategic partnerships with flagship advertisers
• Build and scale a high-performing venture org through hiring and coaching leaders
• Take ownership of P&L with reviews, playbooks, and data-driven decisions

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience owning a multi-venture thesis
• Experience in operational architecture with Lean Startup methodology
• Adtech & Growth Fluency including LTV/CAC, retention, incrementality analytics
• Enterprise Leadership skills to negotiate terms with clients and investors
• Cross-Functional Mastery to lead teams across various disciplines such as product, growth, data, ops, finance, and legal
