Key Responsibilities

• Design website content from wireframes to pixel-perfect pages, blocks, and elements.
• Collaborate with Marketing to draft, structure, and articulate page content that tells a cohesive story.
• Effectively communicate design rationale to cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Build and test functional prototypes to validate design choices.
• Create scalable, reusable components for a robust website design library.
• Steer the website’s visual evolution and contribute to its feature and design roadmap.
• Manage and align various stakeholders, ensuring design direction is clear and well-communicated.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure successful design implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Expertise in visual design and crafting engaging layouts.
• Proficiency in motion design and interactive storytelling.
• Strong background in brand design and translating brand identity into web assets.
• Ability to work with video and photography, including editing and content extension.
• Good sense for copywriting and ensuring alignment between design and content.
• Understanding of website development processes and experience with no-code tools (e.g., Webflow, Framer).
