Sensor Development Engineering Manager

Lead a team of Rust SDEs focused on Sensor and protocol dissection. Own end-to-end delivery of Sensor features and protocol support. Enable root-cause analysis and post-mortems for Sensor issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Rust SDEs focused on Sensor and protocol dissection
• Own end-to-end delivery of Sensor features and protocol support
• Enable root-cause analysis and post-mortems for Sensor issues
• Establish standards for docs, test harnesses, benchmarks, and coding conventions
• Coordinate with peer engineering managers for cross-team alignment

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering with systems-level work
• 2+ years in leadership
• Excellent communication to translate architecture and perf data to execs
• Deep understanding of network protocols and protocol dissection
• Strong CI/CD, automated tests, and performance optimization
• Experience with high-performance, low-latency data pipelines and profiling
• Experience in OT/ICS environments or industrial cybersecurity valued
