SEO Program Manager

Job Overview

As an SEO Program Manager, you will co-create Elastic SEO center of excellence with standard processes, lead SEO strategy for Elastic.co properties, set annual goals and metrics, and serve as the SEO authority for migrations and site improvements.

Responsibilities

• Co-create Elastic SEO center of excellence with standard processes
• Lead SEO strategy for Elastic.co properties (Docs, Elk, Labs)
• Set annual goals and metrics with marketing analytics and site owners
• Serve as the SEO authority for migrations, redesigns, and site improvements
• Provide SEO training to product and engineering teams

Requirements & Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience in high-tech B2B software or PLG
• Experience with SEO tools like Semrush, Botify, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4
• Strong analytical skills; building dashboards in Looker, GA4, Botify
• PM experience driving SEO improvements; Github/Adobe Workfront bonus
• Comfortable working on a fully distributed team worldwide
