ServiceNow Architect & AI Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect and Agentic AI Expert to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise workflows and a collaborative approach to defining technical strategy with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Own end-to-end solutioning for enterprise workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical strategy.
• Provide technical leadership across ITSM, SecOps, IRM, ITOM, SPM, and CSM.
• Design and implement automation and AI-driven workflows.
• Contribute to the development of Agentic AI solutions within ServiceNow ecosystems.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with ServiceNow.
• CTA or equivalent certification.
• Expertise in ITSM, SecOps, IRM, ITOM, SPM, and CSM.
• Proven leadership experience in large enterprise implementations.
• Experience with Agentic AI systems and AI automation.
• Fluent in Portuguese; strong cross-border collaboration skills.
