Blue Mantis is seeking an experienced and visionary ServiceNow Architect to join our dynamic team. We specialize in delivering cutting-edge IT solutions across multiple industries, focusing on digital transformation, security, and business growth. The ideal candidate will lead ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and platform optimization to drive innovative solutions for our clients.

Job Overview

As a ServiceNow Architect, you will design robust architectures, develop strategic roadmaps, and implement seamless integrations with systems such as Salesforce and other ServiceNow instances. You will work closely with internal and external teams to ensure the successful delivery and optimization of ServiceNow projects, enhancing employee productivity and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement ServiceNow architecture and integration solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps for ServiceNow platform enhancements.
  • Optimize out-of-box ServiceNow configurations for performance and scalability.
  • Lead complex integrations using ServiceNow Integration Hub and Flow Designer.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver seamless solutions.
  • Ensure data synchronization and workflow automation between ServiceNow and external systems.
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to project teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8+ years of ServiceNow architecture, development, and implementation experience.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow integrations, including ServiceNow-to-ServiceNow and ServiceNow-to-Salesforce.
  • Strong proficiency with Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and MID Server.
  • In-depth knowledge of ITSM, Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules.
  • Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS) and APIs (REST, SOAP).
  • Experience designing and maintaining CMDB architecture and integrations.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage technical stakeholders.
  • ServiceNow CSA certification (required); CAD or Implementation Specialist preferred.
  • ITIL Foundation and Salesforce certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
