Beyond20 is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to join their training and consulting practice. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing multiple ServiceNow deployment projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving improvements in IT service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage large-scale to mid-scale ServiceNow projects
Execute project deliverables as per project contract
Handle upgrades, enhancements, process improvements, reporting, and issue resolution
Interface with customers and internal team to transform requirements into functional solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

6+ years' experience as an IT Project Manager or Engagement Manager
PMP certification
Prior experience with ServiceNow platform
Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to build and manage cross-functional teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and/or Cherwell Service Management platforms
