This remote role requires an experienced professional to develop, maintain, and enhance production, development, and testing middleware infrastructure. You will collaborate with business owners, manage complex projects, and drive continuous improvement in ITSM application implementation, all while working with a team of talented consultants supporting Fortune 500 clients worldwide.

Job Overview

This position focuses on independently developing, modifying, and implementing complex information systems within the ServiceNow platform. You'll be responsible for ensuring stability, scalability, and efficiency of middleware infrastructure and applications, while also mentoring team members and providing formal training as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and extend middleware infrastructure for production, development, and testing environments.
Independently code, test, debug, and document complex assignments on the ServiceNow platform.
Serve as a technical expert, contributing to application system architecture and project management as required.
Mentor and train developers, ensuring effective use of the platform and adherence to standards.
Drive continuous improvement in implementation methodology and service offerings based on client feedback.
Work closely with business owners to enhance ITSM applications such as Incident, Change, and Request management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience configuring and developing ServiceNow applications, including 3rd party integrations.
Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, Angular, Bootstrap, and Jelly Script.
Proven experience with ITSM modules in ServiceNow.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues independently.
Project management experience, including leading teams and managing day-to-day project activities.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple business stakeholders.
