We are seeking a Skills Strategy Manager in India to join our Customer Success organization. In this strategic role, you will serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for enterprise clients, driving workforce transformation in the age of AI. You will combine expertise in skills strategy, AI enablement, and program leadership to help leading organizations harness skills intelligence for measurable business impact.

Job Overview
  • Act as a strategic partner to enterprise clients, advising on workforce transformation, AI readiness, and talent strategy.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to co-create custom skills assessments and learning pathways tailored to client business priorities.
  • Orchestrate end-to-end deployments, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and sustained program engagement.
  • Deliver actionable, data-driven insights that influence strategic decisions and drive tangible business outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with C-suite executives and senior leaders, providing transparent reporting and business reviews.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage full customer value delivery lifecycle, from implementation through renewal and expansion.
  • Coordinate cross-functional internal and client teams to ensure on-time, high-impact deployments.
  • Track and analyze engagement, satisfaction, and adoption metrics to optimize programs.
  • Advise clients on applying skills intelligence and AI capabilities for workforce transformation.
  • Drive sustained engagement through change management and targeted interventions.
  • Partner with Sales to identify expansion opportunities and showcase new platform capabilities.
  • Mentor peers and contribute to internal best practices and scalable delivery models.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 6+ years in management consulting, human capital transformation, or related advisory roles.
  • Experience in assessment design and talent strategy.
  • Proven project management skills, coordinating cross-functional teams and complex projects.
  • Strong data-driven communication skills with executive influence.
  • Background in industrial-organizational psychology preferred.
  • Native or fluent English speaker.
  • Growth mindset and passion for continuous learning, especially with AI tools.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and ability to operate confidently in ambiguous situations.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
  • Experience managing large enterprise accounts (ACV $100K+) in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with workforce analytics, predictive modeling, and AI-driven decision support.
