As a key team member, you will deliver high-quality consulting and project management services, guiding clients through the implementation of SmartRecruiters solutions. You will work alongside industry leaders, contribute to innovative talent strategies, and ensure client satisfaction through expert advisement and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide client-facing implementation consulting on cloud-based talent acquisition platforms.
• Execute project delivery methodologies and promote industry best practices.
• Ensure high-quality execution and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Deliver effective change management strategies including communication, testing, and training.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to recommend optimal SmartRecruiters usage.
• Collaborate positively with peers and build effective relationships across teams.
• Support organizations with diverse needs using talent acquisition strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of client-facing experience in SmartRecruiters implementation.
• At least 2 years of consulting experience, supporting full technology project life cycle.
• Experience with additional platforms such as Paradox, Workday, Greenhouse, or Oracle is desirable.
• Fluent English communication skills required.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Smartsheet, and related software.
• Ability to work remotely and manage responsibilities independently during 2nd shift (2 PM to 11 PM IST).
