Job Overview

As a Staff Product Manager for SMS/RCS APIs, you will define and drive the API strategy to enhance user experience and global scalability. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and launch innovative messaging platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve SMS/RCS API strategy and roadmap.
• Improve user experience through intuitive API design.
• Scale messaging platform globally with reliable and scalable APIs.
• Gather market intelligence and usage data to guide innovation.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams for product development and launch.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 5+ years (7+ preferred) of product management experience.
• Strong B2B/enterprise knowledge with a customer-centric approach.
• Expertise in API/platform skills such as reliability, scalability, and developer usability.
• Collaborative leadership across remote/global teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on and impact-driven approach.
• BS in CS/Engineering or equivalent; MBA or related degree preferred.
