Join Internova Travel Group as a Social Media Program Manager, where you'll drive the strategic vision and execution for a new travel program. This role blends innovative social media strategy with hands-on operations, empowering thousands of independent travel advisors and agencies. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping brand presence, analyzing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to elevate the customer experience in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day strategy, operations, and execution for a new travel program.
Oversee and implement organic and paid social media strategies, including content creation and analytics.
Manage page set-up, boosted content, UTM tracking, and troubleshooting across platforms.
Coordinate with internal teams for IT, Sales, and Support to ensure seamless program delivery.
Develop and conduct comprehensive training programs, meetings, and onboarding processes for members.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in both paid and organic social media management roles.
Expertise in Facebook Business Manager and page setup.
Proven ability to craft, implement, and analyze social media content strategies.
Strong command of analytics tools for data-driven decision making.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; detail-oriented and highly organized.
Self-motivated, strategic thinker, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.
