Join our team as a Software Engineer specializing in Automations. Take ownership of the Automations platform end-to-end, plan and execute large projects with incremental deliverables, and work closely with customers to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute large projects with incremental deliverables
Work directly with customers to understand and fulfill their requirements
Maintain a high standard of code quality and testing
Be a stabilizing force in unclear priority situations
Mentor and elevate team members

Required Skills & Qualifications

Deep experience with Go or similar backend languages
Strong systems thinking; ability to balance debt against velocity
Demonstrated technical leadership across teams
High agency; ability to move fast and unblock yourself
Experience with AI-assisted development tools (like Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot)
