We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Software Engineer to architect and build high-performance, scalable web systems for our marketing technology team. This role requires a deep understanding of distributed caching strategies and the ability to write high-quality, well-tested code in React, TypeScript, and Next.js.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and build high-performance, scalable web systems.
Design and implement distributed caching strategies.
Write high-quality, well-tested code in React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
Lead architecture reviews and system design discussions.
Mentor and up-level fellow engineers.
Translate product and business requirements into technical architecture.
Contribute to the team's technical roadmap.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of experience building high-scale web systems.
Strong full-stack engineering capability.
Deep frontend expertise in React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
Experience in designing distributed systems.
Systems-level thinking with a focus on web performance and caching.
Experience applying AI tools to accelerate frontend development.
