Roadmap ownership: setting technical direction, aligning stakeholders, delivering against goals. Systems expertise: backend systems, system design, secure architecture. Integration mindset: experience with legacy or third-party systems (government, fintech, or regulated industries a plus). Problem-solving: turn complex challenges into simple, scalable solutions. Adaptability: fast-paced, feedback-driven environment with shifting priorities.
