Job Overview

As a Solutions Engineer in the Central region, you will play a crucial role in technical pre-sales activities, working closely with Account Executives to drive successful deals. Your expertise will be instrumental in showcasing the capabilities of our solutions to potential clients.

Responsibilities

Be the technical expert during sales cycles, addressing API/data flow queries
Partner with AEs for in-depth technical discovery with complex prospects
Configure demo environments reflecting prospect workflows and integrations
Provide PoC deliverables and custom solutions to secure deals
Collaborate with Product/Engineering to scope solutions and identify needs

Requirements & Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer with Fortune 500 companies
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
Bachelor's/Master's degree in a technical/engineering field
Strong networking knowledge: HTTPS, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, NAT, DHCP, Firewalls
Experience with Cloud & On-Prem solutions like AWS, GCP, Azure
Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture APIs, Python, SAML/SCIM, Active Directory
Hybrid work experience with remote and office settings
