Lead with a customer-first mindset in agile product development. Conduct ongoing discovery with customers, field teams, Sales, and CS. Shape and execute the product roadmap with cross-functional partners. Represent the voice of the customer in prioritization decisions. Partner with Engineering and QA to prioritize features and address defects.
