Responsibilities
  • Screen and source candidates; conduct interviews and tours
  • Attend interviews with hiring teams; provide input on candidates
  • Lead offers, background checks, and extend offer letters
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Degree path: Bachelor's +5+ yrs or Associate +6+ yrs; or 7+ yrs recruiting
  • 3+ years of technical recruiting
  • 3+ years of SGA recruiting
  • In-house recruiting experience
  • High-volume recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting electrical, mechanical, aerospace engineers; on-site Redmond
