Omada Health is seeking a remote Staff Software Engineer, Platform to join our dynamic team. Job Overview

Lead the design and development of scalable platform infrastructure.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality software solutions.
Drive technical decision-making and mentor fellow engineers.
Ensure platform systems are secure, performant, and maintainable.
Contribute to Omada Health’s mission of inspiring lifelong health for our users.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and implement core platform services and APIs.
Optimize existing systems for scalability and reliability.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define and execute technical strategies.
Maintain best practices in software engineering, including code reviews and documentation.
Support and improve development workflows and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Extensive experience in backend and platform engineering.
Proficiency with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
Strong knowledge of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
Expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
