Join our team as a Strategic Alliance Sr Manager where you will be responsible for identifying, structuring, and monetizing strategic partnerships. Your primary focus will be on architecting Agero’s partner ecosystem for target clients such as OEMs and Insurers. You will drive revenue through joint Go-To-Market strategies and co-selling initiatives with partners. As the Sr Manager, you will own the alliance lifecycle from market mapping to closing deals and driving sales. Additionally, you will lead executive-level partner negotiations with cross-functional teams, monitor partner pipeline and revenue impact, and ensure mutual value creation.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field with an MBA preferred. You should have 7-10 years of experience in business development, strategic alliances, or enterprise sales within B2B tech, automotive, or insurance industries. It is essential to have demonstrated experience in negotiating multi-million-dollar partnerships, influencing C-Suite stakeholders, and possessing a strategic ecosystem vision.
