Strategic Finance Analyst

Join our team as a Strategic Finance Analyst, where you will play a key role in underwriting parking properties, conducting real estate due diligence, collaborating with external stakeholders, delivering feedback to the Data team, exploring real estate data, and performing company-level forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze historical financials and forecast performance of parking properties.
• Evaluate property risks, terms, and operations during real estate due diligence.
• Engage with real estate execs and investors to build strong relationships.
• Communicate data gaps and opportunities to the Data team for improvement.
• Leverage datasets to create competitive advantages in the real estate market.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in strategic finance or real estate.
• Excellent financial modeling and analytics abilities.
• Proficiency in SQL with the ability to work independently.
• Passion for data and willingness to enhance data skills within the team.
• Strong synthesis skills to craft meaningful narratives from complex data.
