Framework is seeking a Senior Business Manager for Strategic Partnerships to join our team remotely within the United States. Our mission is to reinvent consumer electronics for a more sustainable future, and we need an experienced leader to build and manage key partnerships that support our growth and values.

Job Overview

Drive strategic partnerships to accelerate Framework’s business objectives.
Lead relationship development with external organizations aligned with our sustainability vision.
Work collaboratively across teams to deliver impactful partnership outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure new strategic partners in the consumer electronics industry.
Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to maximize mutual value.
Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with company goals.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful partnership integration.
Monitor partnership performance and report on key metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in business development and strategic partnerships.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Understanding of sustainability and consumer electronics trends.
Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
