Job Overview

As a Strategic Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Executives to exceed revenue targets and develop winning strategies for new and existing accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Grow and coach Account Executives

  • Develop strategy to win new logos and expand existing accounts
  • Improve sales operations with GTM infrastructure, processes, and tools
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 10+ years selling tech to VP+ buyers
  • 5+ years leading Strategic Sales teams
  • Experience in growth-stage SaaS companies
  • Proven track record of deals $1M+
  • Strong relationship builder and cross-functional partner
