Subject Matter Expert, Public Accounting

Establishes understanding of OpenGov product best practices. Serves as trusted technical and functional advisor to customers, leveraging public accounting. Partners with customers to implement product suites, aligning tech with financial and compliance. Independently leads complex engagements, performing discovery and assessments to maximize adoption. Prepares and provides professional demonstrations of assigned product suites to customers. Analyzes complex problems to develop innovative solutions and strategic variations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master's degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ SaaS deployment/management experience
• CPA or Texas CPA license preferred
• Demonstrate advanced technical aptitude to analyze complex systems
• Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal communication skills
