Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard new talent
  • Maintain talent records and performance notes
  • Monitor talent engagement and respond to inquiries promptly
  • Support performance check-ins and escalate issues when necessary
  • Schedule interviews, evaluations, and internal meetings
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, HR, Talent Management, or Administrative roles
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, ATS platforms, spreadsheets, and digital communication tools
  • Customer-centric mindset and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude
