Supplier Performance Manager

Lead performance and governance programs for multiple strategic suppliers. Translate operational signals into reports and recommendations for senior management. Drive cross-functional initiatives with Policy, Legal, Product, Finance, and Training teams. Analyze root causes and corrective actions. Develop and negotiate recommendations with senior stakeholders. Manage business reviews of the supplier portfolio and empower partners. Requires over 10 years of experience, including 5 years in managing global suppliers. Demonstrated leadership on risky and complex programs. Expertise in supplier performance and outsourcing. Analytical judgment, BI, and SQL appreciated. Proficiency in CRM Salesforce and optimization tools (Gong, MixMax). Lean Six Sigma, operational excellence. Bonus, equity, benefits, and travel credits.
