As an Associate Technical Program Manager for USG Systems in Summer 2026, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the processes and structures within aerospace engineering projects. Your responsibilities will include owning and managing key systems engineering artifacts, driving documentation creation and delivery, maintaining system-level schedules, tracking requirements and milestones, coordinating milestone reviews, and ensuring customer reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a process and structure amplifier to close gaps in engineering projects.
Own and manage key systems engineering artifacts for USG programs.
Drive documentation creation, version control, and delivery processes.
Maintain system-level schedules and technical deliverables.
Track requirements, interfaces, and milestones, escalating gaps as necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1+ year of technical engineering experience in aerospace.
Bachelor’s degree in aerospace, mechanical, electrical engineering, or physics.
Familiarity with end-to-end spacecraft systems and subsystems interactions.
Excellent written communication and ability to structure technical documents.
Strong organizational skills to bring structure to technical chaos.
U.S. Citizenship required due to government program access.
