Key Responsibilities
  • Define role requirements and interview plans
  • Manage full recruiting process for multiple roles
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
  • Screen calls and conduct informational interviews
  • Maintain data accuracy in Greenhouse and recruiting tools
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience with talent assessments
  • Expertise in Greenhouse/ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. and willing to travel twice yearly
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
